Alchimie and Mysterious From the Fall 2013 Collection Superstition by Chanel

Angels!!

I received an email from Chanel announcing the Fall 2013 Collection Superstition.

This collection is absolutely stunning.  I immediately placed an order for two of the polishes.  My order arrived yesterday.

Do you love greens???  If you do you are going to fall in love with both of these polishes.  Green is to be the new "It" color for fall.

Alchimie is a shimmery mossy-olive color that has a beautiful reflective glow.  She is the lighter green of these two beauties.

Mysterious is a darker mossy-olive cream polish.  I believe that this one has a smidgen of tan or beige mixed in to make it lean toward a brownish green.   Let's talk about sophisticated!!  Mysterious is just that ...... Mysterious!!

I have placed my order for the third polish of this collection.  Why didn't I get it with these two I don't know!!!  My palm of my hand went directly to my forehead for a smack...dah...I should have ordered the other polish too.  It is Elixcir.  She is an amazing medium rose with just a touch of beige to produce a super stunning warm tone.  She also appears to be in the shimmer family as Alchimie.  I can't wait to receive her so that I can show her off as well!!

My manicure was completed by applying three coats of Alchimie to my ring finger nail.   Then by applying two coats of Mysterious to all my other nails.  Both formulas were absolutely amazing; making applications a breeze.  I finished up with my stand by rapid dry top coat, HK Girl by Glisten & Glow.

Which polish is my favorite?  It's actually a toss up!  I love them both for their different formulations....do I want to wear pure cream or do I want to wear shimmer?  Let's see what day is it???

Here are the two beauties!!

Just a little bit closer now!!

My camera wanted to pick up the brown in Mysterious!!

However she is a green stunner!!

I think it is just the way the light hits my nails...brown on...brown off...yes, green!!

So which is your favorite my angels??  It is a definite plus for the fall!!

I purchased my at Chanel.com.  Since I purchased two of them I received free shipping.

Don't forget to add a little bit of glitter to everything in your life....it WILL make you sparkle!!

Ladbroke Grove and Dalston of the Leather Effect Collection by Nails Inc London

Angels!!

I thought I would share a little summer leather and a little bling with you today.  You might think leather??  In the summer??  Of course!!

Especially when they are Ladbroke Grove and Dalston from the Leather Effect collection created by Nails Inc of London.

These colors are most perfect for the summer.  You will see when you see the pictures!!

I even added a little bling to my manicure this time.  I've always thought that you should accompany leather with some kind of spectacular bling.

I completed my manicure with three coats each of Dalston on the nail of my ring finger and Ladbroke Grove on all my other nails.  I then completed my manicure with one coat of the shine free topcoat, Matte Finish by butter LONDON.  I decided on a matte finish because I thought most leather had a dull finish.  Although I'm not sure I made the right choice on this...I do believe that most leathers do have a bit of shine to them.

You know I'm truly a glitter and shine girl.  In all honesty I'm not used to looking at my nails and not seeing them throw a glow back at me.

What do you think??  Do you like the matte finish??

Well shoot!!  You can't answer the question until you see the pictures!!  Here you go my loves!!

I thought I would share a bottle shot with you!!!  May I introduce you to the stars of this post!!

Check out the little bling I added!!!

Never forget the glow of stones with your leather!!

So tell me Angels!!  What do you think???

Don't forget to add a little bit of glitter to everything in your life....it WILL make you sparkle!!

Water For Unicorns by Enchanted Polish

Unicorns??  Do you think believe they are real??

I am a believer!!

In fact I have Water for Unicorns!!  Oh, yes I do!!

I have Water for Unicorns created by Enchanted Polish!!

I need to share a secret with you though!  I tried to give this to my unicorn....she didn't like it!!  BUT, boy my nails are in love with it!

It is the most beautiful blue holographic polish I have laid my eyes on!!!   However when I look at my nails I see more sparkle than a true holo.  I would love to hear your comments on this if you have this polish.

Water for Unicorns is a new release from Enchanted Polish.  I adore their polish creations.  I started collecting their polishes when they first started on Etsy.  However the last two collections have been so popular that I have only been able to get my hands on two polishes.  I fought hard just to come up with WFU as my only polish in the last launch at Enchanted Polish.

My manicure was completed with three coats of WFU and one coat of the rapid  drying top coat, HK Girl by Glisten and Glow.

Here is our star!!

 She is a beauty!!

 An outstanding perfect blue!!

 WoW!!

Here she is with my pretty pink feather pen!!

I had a very hard time getting her away from the feathers...they were so soft!!

I hope that maybe you will be lucky enough to get Water for Unicorns on the next restock.  And, I hope that I'm lucky enough to pick up more of my adored polishes.

Don't forget to add a little bit of glitter to everything in your life....it WILL make you sparkle!!

I'm A Pistol Pack'n Mama!! July 2013 Kit

I'm a Pistol Pack'n Mama today on my blog!!

Yes!!!  This mama angel is pack'n heat on her nails!

I belong to Pistol polishPISTOL polish is a subscription-based nail polish brand founded on May 1st, 2012 by L.T. Niosi.

Once you sign up, two full-size nail polishes are carefully selected based on color trend studies and delivered to your door every month.

This is just my second monthly shipment I have received.  I have been quite pleased with both month's colors and formulations.

Yesterday I received the July 2013 consignment.  These are what are on my blog today.  They are:

Going for Gold - as described by Pistol polish:  Gunning for a promotion, shooting for a scholarship, aiming for a gold metal - whatever Pistol's do, they do it to the fullest.  That's why we know you'll love this glimmering rose gold shade; perfect on any skin tone, you'll see that sparkle and remember to aspire for pure gold.

Determined Dreamer:  Sand in your toes, salt water in your hair and sky blue polish on your nails:  This dreamy hue is made for warm and mid-summer nights that last until dawn.  Sure, you have dreams, but with a little determination (and a crisp mani) they will become reality.

How cute are these descriptions????

I completed my manicure with three coats of polish and one coat of the rapid drying top coat HK Girl by Glisten & Glow.

Bling It On Floral by nails inc

Bling It On my angels!!!  We are going to do it in a Floral way today!!!

I purchased the BLING IT ON Floral kit by nails inc.

WoW!!!  It is soooo gorgeous!!!  I know you will love this one my angels!!  You just will not be able to help yourself!!

This fabulous kit contains the polish - Holland Park and Bloombury Way in mini size.  They are both creme polishes.  The kit also contains the pearl and camellia flower embellishments: along with nail glue and cuticle sticks.  I purchased mine through the Sephora webstore.

I do have to admit this is the first time I have ever used embellishments on my nails.  I LOVE THEM!!  They are so whimsy and look so gorgeous on the nails.  It's such a fun addition to your nails if you are attending a special event or just going out on a date.

I completed my manicure by applying three coats of the polish.  I do have to say it was quite streaky to begin with but with each coat I achieved perfection by the third.  I then applied one coat of my favorite rapid drying top coat, HK Girl by Glisten and Glow.

Are you ready???  Here we go!!

Here is how the kit is packaged...Plus the two polishes!!

So how do you like the floral garden I created on my nails??

I hope everyone enjoyed our little walk through this gorgeous creation.

Don't forget to add a little bit of glitter to everything in your life....it WILL make you sparkle!!
